Strengthen Your Mind.
Trust Your Path.
Your journey toward clarity, confidence, and inner peace deserves a space that honors every part of who you are. At Belief & Balance, you'll learn to cultivate mental fitness through Positive Intelligence while reconnecting with your intuition, purpose, and personal truth. Together, we're building a community where humans can grow without apology and transform with intention.

Find Your Community
New clients are encouraged to start with the Better Together Program, a 3-month, small group coaching program where you will build community with up to four other like-minded humans. While this is a safe and welcoming space for everyone, Nakiya loves to work with the three communities below that she is a part of. Having shared lived experiences allows all members of the group to feel seen, understood, and cared for in a way that propels the growth of everyone in the group.

Having other lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual humans hold space for you creates a level of safety, resonance and belonging that makes deeper transformation possible. When you're witnessed by people who share a similar identity, your voice gets stronger and your healing lands differently.

Your spiritual journey expands when you're in circle with others who speak the same intuitive language. Regardless of where you're at in your discovery of your clair senses, coaching becomes more powerful when you're surrounded by people who honor energy, natural cycles, awakening, and the unseen. In a space where your magic is normalized, not questioned, you can explore your growth with more confidence, depth, and coherence.

Being in community with others who understand the nuances of Consensual Non-Monogamy creates a foundation of trust that makes group coaching truly transformative. When you don't have to explain or justify your relationship structure, you can focus on communication, emotional resilience, and personal growth. Sharing space with people who "get it" allows you to feel seen, supported, and empowered in ways that traditional spaces often cannot offer.
